It's cut and then welded into shape, then goes through some extensive wire brushing to give the metal a bright polished look and finally an automotive grade coating of clear lacquer is applied to preserve the natural beauty of the steel. Made in U.S.A. Size is 4" wide x 2.5" deep x 2" high, weighing in at a hefty 1.25 pounds.
